The Company collects the following information containing personal information for the provision of the Service.

• Membership registration: email address, password (stored encrypted), name
• Service use: connection logs (IP address, connection date and time, usage records)
• Click analytics: at the time of a short link click, IP address, country (region), referrer URL, device/browser information
• Cookies: session maintenance, language environment storage

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

The collected personal information will not be used for any purpose other than the following.

• Provision of core services such as member management and short link creation/management
• Provision of click analytics (traffic, region, device data)
• Prevention of service abuse and improper use (request rate limiting, blocking of malicious links)
• Service improvement and operational statistics
• Service-related notifications, such as changes to the Terms or service suspension, etc.

Article 3 (Legal Basis for Collection and Use)

The Company collects and uses personal information based on the following legal grounds.

• Consent of the data subject (at the time of membership registration, etc.)
• When necessary for the performance of a contract
• When necessary for the performance of legal obligations

Article 4 (Retention Period and Method)

Personal information shall be disposed of promptly once the purpose of use is achieved. However, the following matters shall be retained for the periods specified in relevant laws and regulations.

• Records relating to contracts or performance: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
• Records relating to handling of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
• Records proving transactions: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
• Connection logs, etc.: 3 months (Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.)
• Records relating to payment or cashing: 5 years (Value-Added Tax Act)

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company does not, in principle, provide personal information to third parties.

However, this shall not apply in any of the following cases:

• When required by laws and regulations
• When there is a request from a competent authority with legal effect
• When processed in a statistical or anonymized form such that the data subject cannot be identified
• Ad retargeting: when the owner of a link has registered an ad retargeting pixel, providing the visit information (such as IP address) of the person who clicked that link to the corresponding advertising platform (Meta, Google)

Article 6 (Rights of the Data Subject)

The data subject may at any time request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information.

The Company will take action upon receiving a request without delay (up to 3 business days) and notify you.

Upon withdrawal of membership, personal information shall, in principle, be disposed of. However, items requiring retention by law shall be retained only for the retention period.

Upon withdrawal of membership, all short links of the Member in question shall be deactivated.

Article 7 (Cookies)

The Company uses cookies for session maintenance and saving your language preference.

Users can adjust cookie acceptance or blocking in their browser settings.

Article 8 (Technical and Administrative Protection Measures)

The Company takes technical and administrative measures to protect personal information, including password encryption, communication encryption (HTTPS), access permission management, and storage and analysis of connection logs.

Article 9 (Matters Concerning Changes)

Changes to this Policy will be announced in the service's notice board from 7 days before implementation.

Article 10 (Inquiries)

Inquiries regarding personal information can be submitted through the customer center within the Service.
